Nephilims patrol the edges of the forest, and Dark Elves patrol the outpost and village at its centre. Keep in mind that powers have been dampened by the Demon Realm's energy, so attempting to fight either of them head-on will be especially difficult. Exploring the middling areas of the forest will be easier for now, though there are still plenty of dangerous plants and animals to worry about. • Characters may request assistance or advice from the NPC Denif. • A mod dice roll will determine the results of any attempts to explore or leave the forest. • This is the main quest for this event, so think of it as more of a long-term goal for now. Completing other quests may further this one. REWARD: Regain access to Henir's Time And Space, unlock access to Elrianode, and Denif will deem you a little more reliable. Find a way into the Dark Elves' Outpost. It'd be nice if you could do it on friendly terms... but sometimes you have to butt heads if you want something done. • Talk your way past the sentries... who, again, cannot speak the same language as you, and don't seem super keen on chatting to begin with. They are not unreasonable people, though it may take some patience, luck, and charades skills to explain the situation. • Force your way in, through any means necessary. They will fight back against intruders and have a significant advantage in both numbers and terrain, so a good plan will be needed to make any headway here. • A mod dice roll will determine the results of any attempts to sneak or fight past the sentries. Communicative attempts will also involve a dice roll, but character actions will having a higher influence than RNG. REWARD: Access to the Outpost, which may provide additional help, clues or resources.
